Numerous travel agencies offer parachute jumps not only from the cockpit, but also jumps from all kinds of rocks and cliffs.

Bungee jumping, which has recently become popular, is no less popular entertainment among fans of extreme recreation.

However, now the majority of tourists - extreme lovers, according to authoritative experts in the field of tourism, will choose a route to Switzerland. It is in this amazing country, which is famous for delicious chocolate and extremely accurate clocks, the Museum of Time, located in the city of La Chaux-de-Fonds, that the most terrible bridge in the world was built!

The designers of the suspension bridge, located on the Swiss Mount Titlis, decided to give a gift to people who value the thrill of their lives. “What is so terrible about this suspension bridge?” An uninformed tourist might ask. The thing is that this a narrow "bridge" called "Titlis Cliff Walk" is located at an altitude of more than three thousand meters above sea level! After the grand opening, which, by the way, was accompanied by a snow storm (fortunately, not strong), the Swiss suspension bridge was recognized as the highest of all suspension bridges in the Old World. Now, in order to "walk" over the abyss, you don't have to go to the "devil's toilet" or to the African mountains, you just need to buy a tour to Switzerland and sign up for an excursion to the Titlis Cliff Walk bridge. It is worth noting that the record-breaking bridge, which has already caused a real stir among fans of extreme entertainment, is 3,000 meters higher than its "competitor", by the way, also Swiss: the suspension bridge called "Trift Bridge" is located at an altitude only slightly higher than the mark 100 meters away.

Travel agencies and the company that built Europe's tallest and most fearsome suspension bridge promise their clients the best views of the spectacular and majestic Alps. By the way, many avenues say that from this bridge on a clear sunny day you can even see the territory of neighboring Italy. Whether it is true or not, until we were able to verify, the weather in Switzerland, during the opening was the most extreme. Wind gusts and a snowstorm reduced visibility to two or three meters, which simply delighted the extreme.

What awaits a tourist who comes to Switzerland and finds himself on the suspension bridge "Titlis Cliff Walk"? The walk is only 100 meters long! But what a walk it will be! The suspension bridge, only one meter wide, will constantly sway under strong gusts of wind, and under it the tourist will be able to see a seemingly bottomless abyss. It is quite difficult to come up with a more terrifying adventure, especially when you consider that wind gusts in this mountainous region sometimes reach 200 kilometers per hour.

The construction of such a small and extreme suspension bridge cost the Swiss “only” one million pounds. But what can you not do in order for the paths-roads to bring tourists to their country. The company that built the tallest suspension bridge ensures that, despite the thrill, the lives of tourists are not threatened. During the construction work, all safety measures were taken into account: the bridge is able to withstand not only hurricane gusts of wind, but even an avalanche. Thanks to special materials and construction, nothing will happen to the bridge even if more than 500,000 (!) Kilograms of snow falls on it at a time. Therefore, you can safely sign up for an excursion and go to Mount Titlis, the most vivid impressions that will be remembered for a lifetime will undoubtedly be provided on the suspension bridge "Titlis Cliff Walk".
