As it became known, an elite tourist complex will soon appear in the picturesque bay of Montenegro, the construction of which will be financed by the billionaire of Russian origin O. Deripaska. The plot with a total area of 550 thousand square meters was bought by a rich man back in 2004 and is located in the most beautiful Trsteno Bay.
The preliminary design of the complex includes:
- a modern five-star hotel;
- Spa;
- separate elite apartments for VIP-persons;
- several restaurants, sports fields and gyms and even a villa for special guests.
At the moment, construction cannot start in full force due to numerous litigations. In particular, the ex-tenant of the Trsteno beach opposes the implementation of the multimillion-dollar project. At the same time, there are still hopes for the creation of another elite corner for the resort vacation of tourists from Russia on the coast of Montenegro.
